Social Media Manager
Job Description:
Roles and responsibilities:
- Develop and execute tailored social media strategies
- Create engaging content that reflects brand identity and helps build a story for all its talent.
- Build a content calendar based on strategy, ideate for posts, oversee social media takeovers, write relevant and engaging captions, provide design direction and take full ownership of the social media handle.
- Build and manage an online community of existing, new, upcoming and interested talent and engage with them through right content.
- Plan and optimize social media ad campaigns, analyze performance and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms.
- Communicate regularly with the creative team for execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing or equivalent work experience.
- Experience of 2 to 5 years in managing Instagram and LinkedIn pages for B2C brands.
- Creative thinker, organized, and deadline-driven, with a self-starter attitude.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media tools and analytics.
- Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
- This is an Individual contributor role, and the candidate would be expected to take full responsibility
