Job Summary: As a Learning Manager, you will be responsible for creating, developing and implementing learning programs, courses, and resources that develop and enhance our employees' skills, knowledge, and competencies. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the development and delivery of high-quality learning content that meets the needs of the organisation, and provide oversight to ensure that all learning content is uploaded on our Learning Management System (LMS). Responsibilities: - Develop and implement learning strategies, programs, and resources that align with the organisation's goals and objectives, including soft skills and technical skills development. - Work with subject matter experts to create and develop learning content, courses, and resources in various formats, including videos, interactive modules, and e-learning courses. - Collaborate with key stakeholders, including managers and department heads, to identify learning needs and opportunities within the organisation. - Create, manage, and oversee the implementation of the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure that all learning content is uploaded in a timely manner. - Develop and maintain relationships with external training partners, vendors, and other organisations to leverage best practices and resources. - Create and deliver training sessions, webinars, and other learning events to help support employees' development. - Measure and report on the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and data. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in learning and development, and make recommendations for process improvements as needed. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. - 7+ years of experience in learning and development, with experience in course creation and LMS management. - Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles - Experience with e-learning authoring tools and software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with learning analytics, reporting, and evaluation. - Strong computer skills, including proficiency with learning management systems, content authoring tools, and multimedia production tools.
