About the role:
In this role, you will drive enterprise-wide HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, and organizational development.
You will lead large, diverse teams and leverage data-driven insights and digital HR technologies to support organizational transformation.
Collaborating closely with C-suite executives, this position offers a strong platform to enhance your executive leadership profile, influence company culture, and deliver meaningful business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the leadership team to achieve the planned high level of growth by ensuring the right availability of talent in key positions.
- Oversee talent acquisition, retention, succession planning and leadership development.
- Champion a data-driven approach to employee experience by embedding eSAT and eNPS as core elements of the people strategy.
- Ensure compliance of employment laws and regulations and stay updated on new developments.
- Provide strategic oversight of performance management systems, driving continuous improvement to align with organizational goals and employee development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors and investors.
- Mentor regional HR teams to ensure consistency and excellence in operations.
- Serve as an influential member of the leadership team, facilitating development of Snapmint's culture and an engaged workforce.
Desired Profile:
- Master's degree in Human Resource Management with 15+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong ability to think strategically and align HR initiatives with organisational goals.
- Prior success in a high-growth, startup or Series B+ environment (teams of 500-1000+).
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
