About the Role:

We are looking for a Learning & Development Manager who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating AI first training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth. This role partners closely with department heads to identify skill gaps and build a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Design and execute an integrated learning strategy that embeds AI, operational intelligence, and capability-building across all core business functions.

- Embed with teams to understand their real workflows and challenges, partner with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and prioritize high impact training interventions aligned to business goals.

- Design structured onboarding, functional, and AI-literacy training programs. Manage end-to-end delivery including scheduling, communications, logistics, and day-of execution to ensure consistency and outcomes.

- Incorporate and run the LMS.

- Demonstrate how training investments close skill gaps and drive measurable business results.

- Build strong partnerships with department heads and business leaders - identify, negotiate, and manage external trainers and content providers to ensure quality, value, and smooth delivery.

Skills and Qualification Required:

- 68 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR.

- Masters degree in HR, Business, or related field.

- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick model).

- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools.

- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Data-driven approach to measuring training ROI.
