Position Summary
Reports to the Chief Sales and Revenue Officer (CSRO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
Supports senior management in aligning India sales operations with global Oracle ERP strategy.
Holds independent budget authority to build and run the Oracle ERP sales practice in India while collaborating on US and UK market initiatives.
Brings hands-on experience in Oracle ERP sales in the US and UK markets to drive international-quality practices within SNAD Developers.
Responsible for enabling growth goals, building a high-performing team, and maintaining strong Oracle partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and lead an India-based Oracle ERP sales team with a global mindset.
- Bring US and UK Oracle ERP sales expertise to strengthen India's support of global pursuits.
- Own Oracle ERP sales targets for India and contribute to revenue alignment across US and UK markets.
- Collaborate with Dimension Consulting's senior management to align strategies, pipeline, and delivery capabilities across geographies.
- Forge and maintain relationships with Oracle field sales teams in India, the US, and the UK to support joint pursuits.
- Drive pipeline generation, qualification, and deal closure to achieve and exceed quotas.
- Cultivate C-level relationships with prospects and existing customers in India to enable long-term engagement and upsell opportunities.
- Provide accurate forecasting and performance metrics reporting to global senior leadership.
- Maintain accountability for team performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Champion CRM adoption and global-standard sales processes for consistency across regions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of senior sales leadership experience in Oracle ERP Cloud or related Oracle technologies.
- Proven success in Oracle ERP sales in the US and UK markets, with an understanding of global enterprise sales dynamics.
- Strong relationships within Oracle India's ecosystem and familiarity with Oracle's global alliances.
- Expertise in enterprise software sales cycles and consultative selling techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent) for pipeline management and analytics.
