Purpose of the Job:

- Lead the ESG initiatives across the company

- Develop a ESG framework & implementing, monitoring organisational ESG management system

- Create comprehensive ESG & BRSR reports; ESG communication

- Support CSR projects through Monitoring, Impact assessment & Documentation

Job Description:

- Provide expertise knowledge in Sustainable practices, ESG, and future trends within ESG/Sustainability impacting

- Implementing Strategy and creating roadmap for ESG

- ESG risk assessment, audits, developing and delivering ESG related training

- Incorporate new metrics and improve data collection methods for accurate reporting

- Review corporate activities and ensure compliance with ESG Policies, Management Plans and Procedures

- ESG frameworks, rating mechanisms, ESG due diligence, different non-financial, sustainability reporting frameworks, climate change, responsible supply-chain, ESG rating, EHS and social regulations in India

- Develop and effective ESG communication strategy

- Ensure transparent and compelling communication of ESG initiatives internally and externally

- Work with partners/ consultants/rating agencies for ESG advocacy

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for ESG initiatives for internal teams.

- GHG data collation metrics and coordination with parent company for data

- Implement various initiatives towards ESG across the company employees and aligning with the CSR initiatives

- Oversee the execution of CSR programs, and employee engagement initiatives

- CSR Documentation and social media Liasoning for CSR and ESG initiatives

- Support companywide CSR and social Impact assessments

Eligibility Criteria:

- Experience in ESG strategy development & Sustainability reporting

- Knowledge of various reporting standards- UNPRI, SASB, TCFD, GRI etc

- Hands on project delivery experience; ESG/Sustainability consulting experience preferable

- Strong understanding of global ESG trends, regulations, and reporting frameworks.

- Excellent communication, documentation and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualification: MBA/Masters in Environment, Economics, Social sciences
