We are hiring a Sales Leader for our Singapore office. We're specifically looking for someone with experience in the commercial real estate or flexible workspaces industry. Experience in the APAC or ASEAN market is a plus, but not mandatory.

We're seeking someone who is passionate about Sales and thrives in a dynamic, fast growing startup environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 8+ years of sales experience within Commercial Real Estate or Workspace/Flex Space industry, preferably with IPCs.

- Strong ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders, including C-suite and enterprise decision-makers.

- Proven track record of taking the sales cycle end to end, from strategy and pipeline building to negotiation and closure.

- Ability to clearly articulate value propositions, competitive differentiators, and product positioning.

- Demonstrated experience leading teams, especially in fast scaling environments and overseeing beyond sales as well.

- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setup with the ability to build processes from the ground up.
