Role Overview:

As a Hair Transplant Surgeon at Skinroots Clinic, you will be responsible for performing hair transplant procedures, consulting with patients to determine their suitability for surgery, and developing personalized treatment plans. You will work closely with a team of skilled technicians and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction. This role directly impacts the lives of patients by restoring their confidence and improving their overall well-being through successful hair restoration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough consultations with patients to assess their hair loss condition and determine their candidacy for hair transplant surgery.

- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and expectations, explaining the procedure, risks, and expected outcomes.

- Perform Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) and Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT) hair transplant procedures with precision and efficiency.

- Manage post-operative care, including monitoring patient progress, addressing complications, and providing follow-up consultations.

- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all relevant medical regulations and ethical standards.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in hair restoration techniques and technologies to provide patients with the most effective treatment options.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated proficiency in performing FUE and FUT hair transplant procedures.

- Strong understanding of trichology and hair loss treatments.

- Excellent surgical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, explaining complex medical information in a clear and understandable manner.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

- Completion of a recognized medical degree (MBBS) and postgraduate qualification in General Surgery or Dermatology.

- Board certification in relevant specialty is preferred.

- 1-3 years of experience in Hair Replacement and Cosmetic Surgery.
