Responsibilities: 1. Corporate Legal experience with Mergers and Acquisition matters, must have experience with drafting and negotiating Mergers and Acquisition transactions, Excellent attention to detail is essential. 2. Must have a strong willingness to work with U.S. laws and regulations in the clean energy sector. 3. Proficiency in contract drafting and reviewing with keen awareness of best practices prevailing in commercial contracts regime. 4. Drafting and finalization of legal notices and replies, legal notes, briefs, pleadings, appeals, MOUs, contracts, Service Level Agreements across all business unit's and other deeds/documents. 5. Good understanding of company laws, corporate laws and principles of corporate governance. 6. Prior experience in US regulatory norms 7. Assist in the formulation, implementation and/or amendment of Company, department policies. 8. Legal research on corporate commercial laws, contract law, India and US regulations 9. Advise on statutory compliances. 10. Handling Litigation 11. Excellent attention to detail is essential, open to learn and develop expertise in clean energy laws 12. Co-ordination, follow-up and assistance to external counsels.
