Position Title: HR Manager - Compliance & Labour Relations (Real Estate Developer)

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: Head - HR / Head - Site Operations

Location: 1 for Gurgaon & 1 for Noida (2 Positions)

Experience: 7-12 Years

CTC: 15 - 20 LPA

Job Summary:

The HR Manager will oversee all human resources functions at multiple construction sites in that state/region for a leading real estate developer. The role focuses on managing blue-collar workforce affairs, ensuring labour law compliance, contractor HR adherence, and employee engagement and retention initiatives across sites in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory regulations across the company and contractor workforce.

- Coordinate with site project heads and contractors to maintain proper documentation, wage disbursement, and attendance records.

- Develop and implement welfare and retention programs for workmen to reduce attrition.

- Monitor and resolve grievances, disputes, and disciplinary issues on-site promptly.

- Liaise with government and statutory authorities regarding inspections, audits, and compliance reports.

- Manage onboarding, training, and periodic HR audits for site employees and contract labour.

- Drive health, safety, and employee welfare initiatives in alignment with company policy.

- Support recruitment and deployment of skilled and semi-skilled labour based on project requirements.

Experience and Educational Qualification

- BE + Postgraduate in HR / Personnel Management or related field.

- 7-12 years' experience in HR roles in construction, infrastructure, or manufacturing sectors.

- Strong working knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and contractor management.

- Proven experience in managing a large blue-collar workforce across multiple sites.

- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
