Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Associate Director of Performance Marketing (US Market) to lead and scale our paid marketing efforts across digital channels. This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven strategies, innovative campaigns, and optimization techniques. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing large-scale performance marketing budgets, leading high-performing teams, and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Identify and prioritize channels (e.g., Social, display, video, affiliate, native advertising) for maximum ROI.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns.
- Monitor performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI, ROAS) and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Manage a significant ad spend budget efficiently and effectively.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a team of performance marketers and channel specialists.
- Foster a collaborative, data-driven culture that thrives on innovation and results.
- Data & Analytics: Leverage analytics tools to track campaign performance and make informed decisions.
- Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to communicate performance insights to stakeholders.
- Use A/B testing and experimentation to refine campaigns and messaging.
- Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad content.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and growth teams to align marketing efforts with broader company objectives.
- Emerging Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in performance marketing.
- Experiment with new platforms, tools, and strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
