Job Description: Enterprise Account Manager at SimpliAI

Role Summary

The Enterprise Account Manager at SimpliAI is a revenue-owning, client-facing leadership role responsible for managing and growing strategic enterprise accounts. This role acts as the trusted advisor to CXO and senior leadership stakeholders, owns commercial outcomes, ensures delivery excellence, and drives continuous value realization from SimpliAI's AI automation solutions.

The Enterprise Account Manager bridges business strategy, technology solutions, and execution, ensuring long-term partnerships built on trust, credibility, and measurable outcomes.

Location: Delhi/NCR, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Ownership & Commercial Accountability

- Own end-to-end revenue responsibility for assigned accounts, including:

Annual Contract Value (ACV)

Renewals and expansions

Upsell and cross-sell opportunities

- Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned to client business priorities and SimpliAI's solution roadmap.

- Forecast revenue accurately and manage pipelines with discipline and transparency.

- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, renewals, and contract expansions.

- Ensure realization of committed business outcomes tied to revenue commitments.

2. CXO-Level Relationship Management & Trust Building

- Build and sustain deep, trusted relationships with CXO and senior stakeholders (CEO, COO, CIO, CTO, CDO, Heads of Operations, etc.).

- Engage in strategic conversations focused on:

Business transformation

AI-led efficiency and growth

ROI, risk, and long-term value creation

- Demonstrate maturity, executive presence, and credibility in high-stakes discussions.

- Act as a trusted advisor, not just a vendor representative, by deeply understanding client business models, challenges, and industry dynamics.

- Manage executive governance forums such as steering committees, QBRs, and executive reviews.

- Drive customer engagement by being physically present regularly at the customer premises

3. Deep Product & Solution Selling Expertise

- Develop a deep understanding of SimpliAI's products, platforms, and AI automation capabilities.

- Translate complex AI and automation concepts into clear, business-focused value propositions.

- Lead solution selling engagements, collaborating with:

Pre-sales

Product

Engineering

Delivery teams

- Design and propose solutions tailored to client use cases, processes, and KPIs.

- Articulate differentiated value, competitive positioning, and expected outcomes.

4. Performance Analytics & Continuous Improvement

- Own and monitor account performance metrics, including:

Operational KPIs

SLA adherence

Business outcome metrics

Financial performance

- Apply strong analytical skills to:

Deep-dive into performance data

Identify root causes of issues

Anticipate risks and opportunities

- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by:

Identifying optimization ideas

Proposing enhancements to workflows, automation, and AI models

Measuring impact post-implementation

- Ensure insights and recommendations are data-backed and outcome-driven.

5. Program Management, Governance & Delivery Excellence

- Provide strong program and project oversight across client engagements.

- Establish and run governance frameworks including:

Operating cadence

Escalation mechanisms

Risk and issue management

- Partner closely with delivery teams to ensure:

On-time, on-budget execution

Quality and compliance

High customer satisfaction

- Proactively manage dependencies, changes in scope, and evolving client needs.

- Serve as the single point of accountability for overall account health.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 8-12+ years of experience in enterprise account management, consulting, or solution sales, preferably in AI, automation, SaaS, or enterprise technology.

- Proven track record of revenue ownership and account growth in large enterprise environments.

- Experience managing CXO-level relationships and complex stakeholder ecosystems.

- Strong understanding of technology-led solution selling and value-based selling models.

- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.

- Experience with program governance and large-scale client engagements.
