Key Responsibilities:

- Proven expertise in managing end-to-end hiring across functions and seniority levels.
- Experience scaling campus hiring programs across multiple colleges and geographies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and develop a recruitment team.
- Proficient in sourcing strategies, market mapping, and assessment techniques.
- Skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS systems, etc.
- Experience working with sourcing teams and external vendors.
- Ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
