Manager - Key Account Management/Sales
Job Description:
What we're looking for:
We are seeking a result-driven Key Account Manager who is passionate about driving aggressive revenue growth from a portfolio of customers spread across different domains.
Responsibilities:
- Good understanding for Hunting new logos and farming opportunities in major BFSI players & other industry verticals.
- Engage regularly with CxO and SVP-level stakeholders across all accounts, delivering a continuous flow of information about the latest technology trends and their potential business/technical benefits.
- Sign up new assignments within the customer portfolio using relationships with the existing stakeholders.
- Work closely with the different departments such as service delivery , Pre-sales, TA & solution
department.
- Meet with customer stakeholders in person at least once every quarter.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 10+ Years of experience in business development, sales within the IT services sector. Technology, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to pitch services, negotiate, and close deals.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT services (e.g., software development, cloud computing, Infrastructure services) and technology solutions is preferred.
- Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and exceed sales targets.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple client interactions and projects simultaneously
