Key Responsibilities :
- Engage regularly with CxO and SVP-level stakeholders across all accounts, delivering a continuous flow of information about the latest technology trends and their potential business/technical benefits.
- Sign up new assignments within the customer portfolio using relationships with the existing stakeholders.
- Work closely with the different departments such as service delivery , Pre-sales, TA & solution department.
- Meet with customer stakeholders in person at least once every quarter.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Experience: At least 7+ Years of relevant experience in business development, sales within the IT services sector.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to pitch services, negotiate, and close deals.
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT services (e.g., software development, cloud computing, Infrastructure services) and technology solutions is preferred.
Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and exceed sales targets.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple client interactions and projects simultaneously.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and online lead generation tools like LinkedIn
