Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow strategic client accounts within the BFSI sector.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers.

- Identify opportunities for renewals, upsells, and cross-sells to maximize account growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B account management or client success, preferably in BFSI, SaaS, Enterprise Tech, or Fintech domains.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and building executive-level relationships.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, workflow automation, and SaaS business models.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively
