Shreyas Group - Assistant General Manager/Deputy General Manager - Fund Raising - Domestic/External Commercial Borrowing & Treasury

Role & responsibilities :

Preferred candidate profile :

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead fund raising (domestic & External Commercial Borrowing - ECB) and treasury operations for new business/projects. The role includes end-to-end financing, lender coordination, and liquidity management.

- Drive fund raising activities including domestic loans and External Commercial Borrowings (ECB)

- Structure and execute ECB transactions, including approvals, documentation, and compliance

- Manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, and international lenders

- Handle treasury functions: cash flow planning, liquidity management, and fund utilization

- Develop financial models and funding strategies for new projects

- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and ECB regulations

- Monitor loan covenants and reporting requirements

- Support business expansion with financial insights and planning

Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA preferred

Experience: 8 to 15 years in fund raising & treasury

- Strong hands-on experience in External Commercial Borrowing (ECB) and project finance

- Exposure to infrastructure / power / real estate / manufacturing sectors preferred

- Strong financial modeling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
