Job Description  RESPONSIBILITIES  Planning & Implementing Sales in the areas of BTL and other marketing activities  Direct and oversee the company marketing & sales function to identify and develop new customers for products and services.  Develop and coordinate the company sales, sales selling cycle and methodology.  Promote a personal and organizational brand that sets our services apart from our competitors.  Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.  Plan and coordinate public affairs, and communications efforts, to include public relations and community outreach.  Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.  To plan network development of company based on the business plan.  To organize spares function to run it as a profit centre.  Identify and manage potential business Partners and strategically drive sales growth through high value orders and secure profitable business.  Develop strong client relationships have customer loyalty, repeat and referral business.  Formulate Annual Sales Budget/ Sales Plan as per Customers schedule and industry benchmarks.  Generate MIS report for Sales Performance.  Meet or exceed quarterly and yearly sales targets mutually agreed upon  Meet or exceed sales revenue, sales profitability, new customer acquisition, and customer satisfaction goals in assigned region.  Setting up an effective sales strategy.
