Role Overview:
- Lead end-to-end showroom operations to deliver a premium customer experience.
- Drive showroom sales, profitability, and brand presence in the luxury segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and key customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle architect relationships, project coordination, and client engagement.
- Plan and execute architect meet-ups, events, and product showcases.
- Manage ordering of collections from international vendors including Italy and Europe.
- Oversee stock replenishment, upholstery selection, and module planning.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards and showroom aesthetics are maintained.
- Supervise showroom staff and support teams to ensure operational excellence.
- Understand customer requirements and propose solutions within budget and margin targets.
- Manage showroom inventory, accessories, and stock records on a daily basis.
- Generate and convert leads into sales through proactive engagement.
- Coordinate with project and execution teams to meet customer expectations.
- Develop new architect and designer relationships to expand business reach.
- Create and execute 6-month marketing and business growth plans with management.
- Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly showroom performance and revenue reports.
- Own showroom profitability, sales targets, and overall performance.
