Key Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and execute end-to-end CRM and retention campaigns across multiple customer touchpoints.
- Build and optimize customer journeys to improve engagement, repeat purchases, and loyalty.
- Own campaign strategy including segmentation, targeting, personalization, and optimization.
- Work hands-on with marketing automation platforms such as WebEngage, CleverTap, MoEngage, Smartech, or similar tools.
- Analyze campaign performance using data and insights to continuously improve results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, analytics, and creative teams.
- Ensure consistent brand communication and customer experience across channels.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing roles.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as WebEngage, CleverTap, MoEngage, Smartech, or similar platforms.
- Strong ownership of campaign strategy, planning, execution, and optimization.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for personalization and customer-centric marketing.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer brands.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
- Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs) and analytics tools.
