The University's mission is to develop and educate the leaders of tomorrow; to support research, scholarly and creative endeavours that contribute to the creation of new knowledge; and to create research and teaching programs that tackle the most pressing problems of India and the global community.   Located on a 286 acre campus in India's National Capital Region, the University offers undergraduate, post-graduate and doctoral programs in a range of disciplines in Engineering, Humanities and Social Sciences, Natural Sciences, Communication, Business, Art, Design and Performing Arts  Job Title : Manager - Administration  Reports to HOD 	 Principle Accountability:  - Preparing report of as- is & to-be business processes and giving a presentation to the key users to get a feedback  - Managing the activities of managing help desk, providing post-production support to end-users and implementation, which involves mapping, piloting and migration   - Administering the activities of preparing estimates for various projects and budget monitoring  - Developing project baselines; monitoring & controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects  - Taking part in techno-commercial discussions and selection of suppliers & contractors  - Handling:  a) Overall operations of project which includes project scope, estimation & budgeting, BOQ and contractor finalization  b)General administrative activities, personnel management, policy implementation and facility management across assignments  - Ensuring smooth operations at all times and maintaining proper decorum & discipline by implementing & modifying the policies & procedures  - Coordinating with client's, providing customer support at higher levels, monitoring with new consultant to evaluate and enhancing the team performance  - Conducting safety internal audits & risk assessment; implementing health safety environment management system  - Carrying out quality check of equipments and ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards, norms & practices  - Managing the monthly, weekly & daily report creation through in-depth analysis and producing the actionable information  - Creating MIS report and presenting it to the concerned department and monitoring the implementation of MIS processes and evaluating their effectiveness  Person specification:  - Candidates from Hotel, Manufacturing, and Construction Industry and from Army background will be preferred.   Qualification :  Engineering Background- EC or Civil  Rashika HR- SNU
