Role: Growth Consultant
Objective:
Be the primary advocate for Shipsys customers, ensuring maximum value realization, strong adoption, customer satisfaction, and contributing to revenue growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term client partnerships
Onboarding & Adoption
- Ensure smooth onboarding, accelerate time-to-value, and drive adoption
Account Reviews & Growth
- Conduct business reviews, track KPIs, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Customer Advocacy
- Represent customer feedback internally to product and engineering teams
Problem Resolution
- Proactively address challenges in partnership with support/product teams
Training & Enablement
- Deliver workshops, training sessions, and resources for clients
Data-Driven Insights
- Analyze usage data to track engagement, identify risks, and recommend strategies
Renewals & Retention
- Partner with account management to secure renewals and expansion revenue
Growth Consulting & Strategy
- Advise clients on strategic initiatives to maximize business outcomes
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 3-5 years in Growth, Account Management, Consulting, SaaS, supply chain/logistics tech, or Expansion Sales
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of supply chain operations and customer lifecycle management
- Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving; ability to work cross-functionally
- Education: Bachelors in Business, Technology, or related field (Masters preferred)
