We supply premium quality mosaic tiles across India and cater to various segments including architectural, interior design, construction and retail.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Head Back Office Sales to lead our internal sales team.

The ideal candidate will manage inside sales operations, handle customer coordination, drive sales targets, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the back office sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Monitor and track inquiry generation, follow-ups, quotations, and order closures.

- Coordinate with field sales team, distributors, dealers and customers.

- Develop and implement sales strategies, reporting formats and MIS.

- Maintain customer database, sales pipeline and conversion reports.

- Handle pricing, negotiations and order processing.

- Ensure timely communication and support to customers and sales partners.

- Work closely with management for planning and forecasting.

- Train, motivate and guide the sales team to improve performance.

- Ensure high customer satisfaction and after-sales support.

Requirement:

- Minimum 5 - 7 years of sales experience (inside/back office sales preferred).

- Strong knowledge of sales process, dealer coordination, quotation management.

- Target-oriented with proven track record of meeting sales goals.

- Strong team management and leadership ability.

- Self-driven, self-motivated, with excellent communication skills.

- Proficient in MS Excel, email communication, CRM/Sales tools.

- Candidates from Tiles, Bathware, Paint, Electrical Appliances, Plywood, Hardware, Ceramic or Chemical industry will be preferred.

Qualification:

- Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.

- MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
