- Partner directly with the CEO & CXOs to spot leadership gaps and close them fast.

- Use multiple channels - networks, referrals, head-hunters, and AI-driven tools - to stay ahead of the curve.

- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our brand.

- Track what works, kill what doesn't, and deliver outcomes, not excuses.

Who You Are:

- A leadership hiring specialist with 6-8 years of solid experience.

- Stable career track - at least one 3-4-year stint.

- Deeply networked in the consumer tech/start-up ecosystem.

- A storyteller & influencer who can hold their own in solid conversations.

- Hustle-first, outcome-obsessed, and execution-driven.

- Tech-enabled recruiter with a modern hiring toolkit.
