Experience: Minimum 5 years in BFSI Tech Sales.
Principal Purpose of the Job.
As an individual contributor, the Solution Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through consultative and solution-based selling of software products and technology solutions-primarily in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain.
Key Responsibilities.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle - from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals, billing, and collections.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned targets.
- Identify customer needs and pain points to propose tailored software solutions.
- Map decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
- Generate leads through multiple channels and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct detailed customer and market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Promote industry-specific solutions, focusing on BFSI and other tech-driven verticals.
- Manage and grow key strategic accounts through relationship building and account planning.
- Serve as a product/solution evangelist, positioning the company as a trusted partner.
- Develop thought-leadership content and compelling sales presentations.
- Collect and analyze market intelligence and competitor insights to support strategic decisions.
Desired Profile.
- Proven track record in software product or solution sales, preferably in Banking, NBFC, or Insurance sectors.
- Engineering graduates with an MBA will be preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Highly passionate, self-driven, and result-oriented professional.
- Demonstrated field sales experience with success in closing medium to large-size solution deals.
