Position Summary: We are looking for a finance professional to manage a team and end-to-end accounting and finalisation, with a focus on international operations. To look after the international accounting aspects of the company and help in the finalisation of books. The role involves overseeing accounting entries, deferred revenue and cost recognition, monthly MIS reporting, audit support, and compliance with IFRS/IND AS and local GAAP. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage end-to-end advanced accounting and finalisation activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organisational standards. 2. Oversee accounting entries and transaction flows, maintaining strong control over processes to support smooth financial operations. 3. Expertise in deferred revenue and cost recognition in accordance with applicable accounting standards. 4. Ensure timely documentation, systematic filing, and maintenance of financial records to support audits and internal reviews. 5. Lead and support audit processes, including the preparation and review of financial statements under IFRS and IND AS frameworks. 6. Review and deliver monthly MIS reports, including those covering international geographies, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timeliness. 7. Oversee international accounting functions while ensuring compliance with respective local GAAP requirements. 8. Partner with business teams during customer contract finalisation to evaluate and address financial and compliance implications. 9. Monitor customer accounts, conduct reconciliations, and drive proactive follow-up on outstanding receivables. 10. Supervise and guide accounts payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate settlements with partners and vendors. 11. Provide direction and support on various finance-related matters, contributing to continuous improvement, process efficiency, and team effectiveness. Requirements: 1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-5 years of experience. 2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Tally. 3. Experience with Oracle Fusion or SAP is a strong advantage. 4. Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. 5. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.
