Position Summary: - Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing strategic accounts, developing new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key customers This role requires expertise in consultative selling, business development, and stakeholder management. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop data-driven strategies. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients to drive business growth. Roles & Responsibilities: - Account Acquisition & Engagement: Develop and execute account strategies with new revenue streams within existing accounts while also onboarding new strategic accounts, strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in OEMs,Telecom companies, retailers, and other relevant partners to expand business opportunities. - Customer Relationship Management: Drive customer satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service and value propositions. - Project Execution: Lead key business projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and business development strategies (e.g. Product design and launch). - Revenue Ownership: Take full accountability for account revenue and growth goals, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure. - Cross Functional Co-ordination: Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to drive proposition planning and ensure timely project execution. - Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of success and accountability to achieve sales and revenue targets. - Market Trends: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop data-driven strategies. Requirements: - An MBA / Post graduate qualification in management is desirable. - Experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments. - Strong preference for candidates with experience working with smartphone brands and OEMs. - Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication abilities. - Ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions that align with business goals. - 12+ years of experience in both individual contributor and managerial roles. - Focused on enhancing customer experience and satisfaction. - Experience in negotiating business terms with line-ofbusiness, procurement teams, and senior management.
