Position Summary: We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our International Accounts function. This is a strategic and leadership oriented role requiring strong technical expertise in international accounting practices along with proven experience in managing and mentoring a mid-sized team. The role involves overseeing a team responsible for accounting entries, deferred revenue and cost recognition, monthly MIS reporting, audit support, and compliance with IFRS/IND AS and local GAAP. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Lead the international accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting in accordance with global standards. 2. Oversee consolidation of global financial statements, international accounting functions and ensure compliance with local GAAP across various regions and company policies. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies to support business operations and strategic initiatives. 4. Support audit processes and related activities as per IFRS and IND AS. 5. Support in preparing & reviewing monthly MIS reports, including those for international geographies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 6. Coordinate with external auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies as needed. 7. Monitor customer accounts, perform reconciliations, and proactively follow up on outstanding receivables. 8. Act as a point of escalation and subject matter expert for complex accounting matters. Supervise accounts payable processes and ensure timely and accurate payments to partners and vendors. 9. Provide support on other finance-related matters as needed, contributing to continuous improvement and operational. Requirements: 1. CA Qualification. 2. Experience in Oracle Fusion / SAP is added advantage & Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. 3. Solid understanding of international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and regulatory compliance 4. Prior experience working in a global or multinational environment preferred.
