Description:

Responsibilities, Authorities & Accountabilities

Solution Design & Implementation

- Develop detailed implementation plans for deploying the HR Service Delivery product, including defining key milestones and high-level architecture.

- Drive HRSD solutioning by designing and delivering a modern, best-in-class HRSD product.

- Advise business and technical teams on ServiceNow best practices for HRSD design, configuration, and deployment.

- Lead enhancement phases to implement advanced ServiceNow HRSD features and capabilities.

Process & Functional Leadership

- Establish and validate user journeys; create user stories supporting the design and configuration of:

a. Employee Service Portal

b. Knowledge Management

c. Case Management

- Lead discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activities for HRSD implementations.

- Identify requirement gaps and technical debt using HRSD expertise and recommend mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Work with functional and technical stakeholders during requirements gathering, sprint planning, and design sessions.

- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to ensure HR services align with organizational needs.

Technical Leadership

- Oversee ServiceNow scripting and enforce platform security best practices.

- Support configuration, customization, and automation within the ServiceNow HRSD suite.

- Ensure scalable and maintainable HRSD solutions across integrations and workflows.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors and Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4+ years of HR experience).

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR Technology.

- Minimum 3+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience.

- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow HRSD solutions using the HRSD framework.

Technical & Functional Expertise

Must have demonstrable experience in developing, configuring, and maintaining the ServiceNow HRSD suite, including:

- HR Case and Knowledge Management

- HR Services and HR Case Record Producers

- Request and Service Catalog Components

- Employee Portal Widgets and Configurations

- Virtual Agent Conversations

- REST Integrations and API usage

- Flow Designer workflows and automation

- EDM, Employee Relations, Lifecycle Events (onboarding/offboarding)

- Notifications, Surveys, Reports, and Dashboards

- ServiceNow Logic, Scripting, and Security Best Practices
