Service Delivery Manager - Cyber Security

We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager with hands-on experience managing cybersecurity projects involving technologies such as DLP, Next gen Firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR/XDR, NAC, IAM, WAF, PAM/PIM, CASB, CSPM, Secure Email Gateway, Backups, Vulnerability Management, Nessus, Qualys, and other security solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven project delivery expertise, and demonstrated leadership in handling cross-functional teams and multiple client engagements.

Location: Mumbai / Indore.

Department: Cybersecurity Service Delivery.

Experience: 8+ Years.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple cybersecurity projects, including DLP, Next gen Firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR/XDR, NAC, IAM, WAF, PAM/PIM, CASB, CSPM, Secure Email Gateway, Backups, Vulnerability Management, Nessus, Qualys, and other security solutions.

- Coordinate project scope, schedule, resources, milestones, and delivery quality across technical teams.

- Serve as the primary client contact for ongoing service delivery, handling escalations and ensuring client satisfaction.

- Lead a team of security engineers, deployment specialists, and technical leads to ensure efficient and timely project execution.

- Conduct regular project status reviews, risk assessments, and performance reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, ITIL, or organizational project and security standards.

- Work with OEMs and partners to align delivery methodology and ensure smooth implementation across security domains.

Role Expectations:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT/security service delivery or project management roles.

- Hands-on experience in delivering security projects involving DLP, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC, SIEM, EDR/XDR or endpoint security.

- Proven leadership in managing project teams (on-site/offshore), with excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure satisfaction.

- Familiarity with project management tools and dashboards (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet).

- Understanding of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC2, or RBI/SEBI regulations (preferred).

- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, CEH, or relevant OEM certifications will be an added advantage.
