About the Role:

Senwell Group, a leading organization in Aerospace & Defense, Oil & Gas, Precision Components, and Machining, is looking for a highly experienced Finance & Accounts Head. This is a strategic leadership role where the candidate will act as the financial backbone of management and play a key role in driving growth, profitability, and long-term financial stability.

Experience Required:

- 15 to 20 Years of proven experience in Finance & Accounts

- Relevant industry experience in Aerospace, Defense, Oil & Gas, Precision Components, or Machining shop

Key Responsibilities:

- Fund management and effective cost control strategies

- Financial analytics, MIS reporting and insights for management decisions

- Drive profitability and strategic financial planning for sustainable growth

- Income Tax management, compliance and saving strategies

- Salary cost analysis, payroll review and budget management

- Loan arrangements, banking relations and joint venture process coordination

- Develop internal financial controls and ensure compliance with statutory regulations

- Strong coordination with all departments to align with company sales and business targets

- Preparation of financial forecasts, risk analysis and cash flow management

- Act as a strategic partner and financial advisor to top management

Required Skills:

- Strong leadership and decision-making skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi and English (speaking, reading, writing)

- Team handling, mentoring and people management ability

- Strong knowledge of ERP/Accounting software, MS Excel, MIS and reporting tools

Preferred:

Candidates staying within 10 km of company location (Kesnand / Kharadi, Pune)

Candidates with exposure to international business transactions, exports/imports, and foreign currency management will be given preference
