
Role Overview
The Senior Manager of Talent Management & Organizational Development (OD) will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee capabilities, and leadership pipeline. This is a highly strategic HR role focused on aligning our human capital with our long-term business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Management: Strategically redesign and manage the companys Performance Management System to ensure it drives high performance, employee engagement, and effective goal alignment.
- Organizational Design: Lead projects related to organizational restructuring, role clarity, and design of optimal operating models to improve efficiency and agility.
- Change Management: Drive large-scale change initiatives, including cultural transformation, post-merger integration, and technology adoption from an OD perspective.
- Talent Analytics: Utilize people data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of talent programs, diagnose organizational issues, and provide data-driven recommendations to the leadership team.
- Engagement & Culture: Partner with business leaders to measure and enhance employee engagement and foster a high-performance, inclusive organizational culture.
Qualifications
Education: Full-time MBA or Master's in Human Resources (HR) or Organizational Behavior from a premier institute is mandatory.
Management, OD, or HR Consulting.
Skills: Deep knowledge of OD principles, expertise in psychometric tools and assessment center design, strong data analysis and statistical skills, and a proven ability to influence senior business leaders. Excellent consulting and stakeholder management skills are essential
