
Role Overview:
- The Corporate Development & Strategy Associate will be a critical member of the core strategy team, driving the company's long-term growth through Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), strategic investments, and market analysis.
- This role offers high visibility and direct interaction with the leadership team, requiring exceptional analytical rigor and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- M&A and Investment Analysis: Identify, evaluate, and execute potential M&A targets, joint ventures, and strategic minority investments that align with the company's growth strategy.
- Financial Modeling: Develop robust financial models, including DCF (Discounted Cash Flow) valuations, synergy analysis, and returns-on-investment (ROI) models for potential transactions.
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on new market segments, competitive landscapes, and emerging industry trends to inform strategic direction.
- Strategic Planning: Support the annual and long-term strategic planning process by providing data-backed insights and helping to refine corporate goals and business unit strategies.
- Due Diligence: Coordinate and manage due diligence efforts across internal teams (Finance, Legal, Operations) and external advisors.
- Presentation and Communication: Prepare clear, high-impact presentations and memorandums for the Board of Directors and senior leadership to communicate strategic recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Full-time MBA from a top-tier institution is mandatory.
- A focus on Finance or Strategy is highly desirable.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Management Consulting, or a Corporate Development function.
- Skills: Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills, deep understanding of corporate finance, excellent presentation and communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing complex projects
