Senior Vice President/Vice President - International Tax Compliance

Key Responsibilities:

Tax Compliance & Filings:

- Manage the preparation and filing of local tax returns, corporate income tax filings, and related disclosures for non-U.S. entities.

- Coordinate with global service providers and local advisors to compile and review entity-level tax data, ensuring timely submission of foreign filings.

- Track and monitor filing deadlines, foreign income tax liabilities, and tax payment obligations across jurisdictions.

Tax Provisioning:

- Assist with quarterly and annual tax provision calculations for foreign entities, including local GAAP-to-tax reconciliations.

Fund Entities and SPVs:

- Support local tax compliance requirements of fund entities and special-purpose vehicles (SPVs) used in international deal structuring.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Partner with internal fund accounting, legal, and structuring teams to address entity-level compliance obligations in real time.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

Experience & Technical Knowledge:

- Overall 12-15 years of experience

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in international tax compliance; Big 4 or an alternative asset management firm experience is a plus.

- Expertise in international tax compliance and reporting obligations for large multinational groups.

- Familiarity with private equity fund structures and associated tax reporting requirements for foreign entities preferred.

- Experience coordinating with local country tax advisors across multiple jurisdictions.

- Strong understanding of tax accounting principles and foreign tax provision calculations.

Skills:

- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate deliverables across multiple stakeholders.

- Highly effective communicator with exceptional attention to detail and documentation standards.

- Education & Certifications:

- Bachelors/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

- CPA, JD, MST, or local equivalent preferred.
