Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to lead complex transaction management within Issuer Services. This role sits at the center of high-value capital market, M&A, project finance, and real estate transactions, with end-to-end ownership from structuring and documentation to post-closing support.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead review and negotiation of transaction documents for escrow, account bank, remittance, bond, and loan transactions

- Advise senior business stakeholders across the full transaction lifecycle, including amendments and enforcement matters

- Manage internal teams and external counsel to deliver compliant, well-structured deals

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and strong risk management standards

- Partner closely with Business Development and Client Services on deal execution and client growth

- Respond promptly to client and stakeholder queries with clear, commercial legal advice

What You Bring

- LLB with strong experience in banking, capital markets, or structured finance

- Deep understanding of Indian regulatory frameworks and complex financial products

- Proven ability to operate independently on high-risk, high-value transactions

- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
