Key Responsibilities:

- Spearhead enterprise sales and business development across AI-enabled CX solutions.

- Design and implement go-to-market strategies, including partnerships, pipelines, and team structures.

- Lead value-based, transformational sales focused on results and measurable business outcomes.

- Operate with executive-level visibility and full ownership of revenue growth.

- Drive high-impact deals across Travel, Transport, Logistics, Hospitality (TTLH) and adjacent sectors.

Ideal Profile:

- 12-15+ years in enterprise sales or business development, preferably within CX, BPO, or AI-driven services.

- A proven hunter and closer with experience managing large, multi-million-dollar accounts.

- Exceptional ability to engage at the CxO and board level and lead consultative, solution-based discussions.

- Entrepreneurial by nature - thrives in dynamic, evolving environments and enjoys building from the ground up.

- Demonstrated ability to recruit, lead, and inspire high-performing business teams.
