Senior Vice President - Global Finance Operations - Shared Services/GCC - CA/CPA

Senior Vice president

We are looking for a seasoned finance leader with deep expertise in Record-to-Report (R2R) and strong exposure to Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end finance delivery, transformation, governance, and stakeholder management across global operations, while leading large, distributed teams in a GCC environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead global R2R, O2C, and P2P operations, with primary focus on RTR excellence and controllership

- Drive month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance

- Oversee financial reporting, governance, and internal controls aligned with global standards

- Manage and lead large global teams (800+ FTEs) across multiple delivery centers

- Drive finance transformation initiatives, including automation, standardization, and process optimization

- Lead ERP transformation and digital finance programs (SAP/Oracle ecosystem)

- Partner with CFOs, business leaders, and global stakeholders to drive performance and business outcomes

- Ensure adherence to GAAP, IFRS, and SOX compliance frameworks

- Build a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- CA / CPA (Mandatory)

- 25+ years of global finance operations experience, with majority in RTR (Record-to-Report)

- Proven leadership experience managing large-scale teams (2000-3000+ FTEs)

- Strong background in GCC / Shared Services / Captive environments

- Deep expertise in end-to-end finance operations (RTR, O2C, P2P)

- Strong understanding of GAAP & IFRS, financial reporting, and controllership

Transformation & Technology Expertise:

- Proven track record in finance transformation, automation, and process standardization

- Hands-on experience in ERP implementations/upgrades (SAP / Oracle)

- Exposure to reporting and consolidation tools (HFM, OneStream, Power BI)

- Experience in analytics and automation tools (Alteryx preferred)

- Strong orientation towards data-driven decision-making and digital finance
