Senior Vice President - Finance - FinTech/BFSI

o Developing financial strategies by forecasting capital requirements; identifying monetary resources and developing action plans.

o Managing liquidity, cash flow, and investment strategies to optimize financial performance.

- Budgeting - Strategic Financial Management

o Establish financial performance benchmarks and define SLAs for financial operational processes, fostering accountability across departments to meet strategic financial objectives.

o Lead the consolidation of financial reports to ensure regulatory compliance with RBI, IND AS, and IFRS standards, emphasizing proactive budget tracking and strategic variance analysis.

Educational Qualifications

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Qualified Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) from ICMAI/ MBA in business, finance, accounting or equivalent experience.

- Minimum 12+ years' experience in financial management in a senior management position preferably in banks/large corporates/Financial Institution/Financial services organization
