Role Objective
We are looking for an accomplished finance leader to head the Finance function and serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO and Board. The incumbent will ensure financial discipline, drive profitable growth, manage capital, support IPO readiness, and maintain statutory and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Treasury, FP&A, and Investor Relations.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, MIS, cash-flow management, and profitability analysis.
- Manage banking relationships, working capital, fundraising, and treasury operations.
- Oversee statutory audits, internal controls, and compliance with the Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, FEMA, and SEBI regulations.
- Support SME IPO initiatives, private equity transactions, due diligence, and investor communications.
- Establish robust financial governance, risk-management frameworks, and ERP-driven finance processes.
- Partner with business teams on pricing, commercial decisions, business planning, and cost optimization.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Advise the CEO and Board on financial strategy, capital allocation, risk, and profitable growth.

- EBITDA and net profit margin
- Budget-versus-actual performance
- Cash flow and working-capital management
- DSO, DPO, and inventory days
- Timeliness of monthly financial closure
- Compliance and audit effectiveness
- Cost optimization and OPEX control
- Achievement of IPO and fundraising milestones
- Financial-reporting accuracy
- Return on Capital Employed (ROCE)
Candidate Profile
- Chartered Accountant with 12-18 years of relevant experience.
- At least five years of experience in a senior finance leadership role.
- Experience working with a technology or manufacturing organization.
- Strong exposure to fundraising, IPO processes, banking, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Demonstrated experience in financial planning, treasury, working capital, MIS, controls, and profitability improvement.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- High energy, commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work closely with the CEO, Board, investors, banks, auditors, and business leaders.
