Budgeting Strategic Financial Management - Spearhead the development of comprehensive budgeting frameworks, aligning financial plans with long-term business strategy while optimizing capital allocation for high-impact projects. - Establish financial performance benchmarks and define SLAs for financial operational processes, fostering accountability across departments to meet strategic financial objectives. - Champion the integration of advanced financial systems and analytics to automate budgeting processes, enabling data-driven insights and real-time financial monitoring. Regulatory Compliances - Stay abreast of changes in regulatory requirements and ensure the organization's compliance with relevant financial regulations. - Representing the organization in matters related to finance and accounting before the government, ensuring compliance with government regulations. - Collaborating with legal and compliance teams to mitigate regulatory risks. - Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. - Supervising finance staff, providing guidance, and ensuring efficient operations within the department. Financial Controls - Assisting the CFO in developing and implementing financial strategies, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. - Implementing and monitoring internal financial controls to safeguard company assets. - Identify and mitigate financial risks
