Description:
Job Summary:
- The Global Head - Facilities & CREST is responsible for the strategic leadership, management, and operations of Sagilitys global facilities and CREST functions across all locations.
- This role oversees end-to-end facilities operations, including building maintenance and operations, housekeeping, client visit support, security and access control, employee transportation, travel desk, front office, workspace optimization, hotel/guest house bookings, business continuity planning, and immigration backend support.
- The role is accountable for global facilities budgeting, cost optimization, governance, vendor management, and service delivery, ensuring all services are delivered in a safe, compliant, and cost-effective manner aligned with Sagilitys global standards.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Planning:
- Develop and execute long-term global facilities and CREST strategy aligned with Sagilitys business objectives and growth plans.
- Partner with the Group CFO to define long-range capital and operating plans for global facilities.
- Conduct build vs buy analysis and drive automation of facilities management processes.
Facilities Operations & Governance:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all facilities across global locations.
- Evaluate and manage new premises selection, expansion, and optimization.
- Ensure all facilities meet HSE, safety, security, and regulatory requirements across geographies.
- Establish and enforce global facilities policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
Security, Business Continuity & Compliance:
- Oversee physical security, access control, emergency response, and business continuity planning.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, labor, and commercial real estate regulations.
- Manage crisis response and disaster recovery protocols globally.
Vendor, Contract & Cost Management:
- Negotiate, manage, and govern vendor and service provider contracts.
- Drive cost-reduction and energy-efficiency initiatives across facilities.
- Oversee project management, execution, and coordination of vendors and contractors.
People Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
- Lead, hire, train, and develop a global team of facilities managers and support staff.
- Act as the single point of contact for all facility-related matters globally.
- Address employee inquiries and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure team performance meets Sagility Global standards.
