Job Overview:
We are hiring a Senior Training Facilitator to lead the design and delivery of high-impact leadership development journeys. This role is hands-on and immersive-focusing on facilitation, instructional design, and real-time program delivery. You'll work closely with senior leaders and client stakeholders across industries to drive behavioral change and learning impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver leadership development programs in in-person, virtual, and blended formats
- Design end-to-end learning journeys using adult learning principles and L&D frameworks
- Collaborate with sales and BD teams to co-create customized client solutions
- Participate in discovery, needs assessment, solutioning, and delivery for custom engagements
- Maintain and grow key client relationships through strategic support and delivery excellence
- Co-develop new tools, modules, and simulations with internal and external teams
- Represent the firm in industry events, conferences, and thought-leadership platforms
- Mentor internal team members and build capability among facilitators and coaches
Profile Preferences:
- Strong practical 15+ years experience in L&D, specifically in leadership development and learning design
- Hands-on expertise in designing and facilitating leadership programs (not just advisory/consulting)
- Skilled in applying adult learning theory and modern instructional design
- Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and engaging with senior leaders
- Proficiency in both individual coaching and group facilitation environments
- Familiarity with tools like MBTI, FIRO-B, 360s, and other leadership assessments is a plus
- Ability to operate independently and adaptively across different delivery formats and industries
- Open to travel across India and South Asia as needed
