Job Description:


- To lead and manage our tendering activities for infrastructure projects.


- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the tendering process, government regulations, and industry practices, coupled with strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.


- This role is critical for driving business growth through successful tender submissions and ensuring the company's competitiveness in the infrastructure development consulting space.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Tendering Activities:


- Identify upcoming tenders and opportunities in the railway infrastructure sector.


- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess potential projects and align them with organizational goals.


- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, clients, and industry partners, to gain insights into project requirements and tender notices.

Tender Management:


- Oversee the entire tendering process for railway infrastructure projects, including opportunity identification, bid preparation, submission, and post-submission follow-ups.


- Analyze tender documents, technical specifications, and contractual terms to assess project feasibility and risks.

Coordination and Collaboration:


- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams (technical, legal, financial, and marketing) to ensure comprehensive and competitive bids.


- Engage with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to clarify project requirements and build strong relationships.

Cost Estimation and Pricing:


- Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates and pricing strategies, ensuring optimal profitability while maintaining competitiveness.


- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to inform decision-making.

Compliance and Documentation:


- Ensure all tender submissions comply with legal, technical, and quality standards.


- Maintain accurate and organized documentation related to bids, contracts, and project milestones.

Risk Assessment:


- Identify and mitigate risks associated with tendering and project execution.


- Provide inputs on contractual terms and negotiate favorable agreements when necessary
