Role Overview:
As a Senior Technical HR professional, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with the company's business objectives, particularly within our technology divisions. You will collaborate closely with engineering leaders, talent acquisition specialists, and HR business partners to develop and implement comprehensive HR programs that attract, retain, and develop top technical talent. This role directly impacts the company's ability to innovate and maintain its competitive edge in the technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with technology leaders to understand their talent needs and develop tailored HR solutions.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle for technical teams, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development programs, to cultivate a high-performing technical workforce.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation and collaboration.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions.
- Manage employee relations issues, conducting investigations and providing guidance to managers and employees to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the compensation and benefits team to develop competitive compensation packages that attract and retain top technical talent.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Proven experience in managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of talent management principles and practices, including succession planning and leadership development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze HR data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Knowledge of applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
