About The Opportunity:

- Opportunity within the B2B SaaS and IT product sector focused on cloud communications, developer tools, and enterprise software.

- We're hiring a senior-level social media strategist to lead organic and paid social programs that drive product awareness, pipeline, and user engagement for enterprise and SMB audiences.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Design and execute an integrated social strategy (organic + paid) for B2B SaaS products across LinkedIn, X, Meta, and developer channels to drive awareness, demand, and product-qualified leads.

- Own content strategy and calendar: plan thought leadership, product launches, case studies, and demand-gen campaigns that align with GTM priorities.

- Build and optimize paid social campaigns: audience segmentation, creative testing, bid strategy, and conversion tracking to improve CAC and lead quality.

- Surface insights through social analytics and listening: report on engagement, funnel impact, share-of-voice, and competitive signals to inform product and marketing decisions.

- Coordinate with product marketing, demand-gen, design, and sales to create campaign assets, tailor messaging for verticals, and support ABM plays.

- Establish social best practices and playbooks (content briefs, posting cadence, paid/organic integration) and mentor junior creators/agencies.

Skills & Qualifications:

Must-Have:

- Proven experience managing social programs for B2B SaaS or technology products with measurable business outcomes.

- Demonstrable track record running LinkedIn organic and paid initiatives that generated pipeline.

- Strong data orientation: experience using GA4, UTM frameworks, and social analytics to optimize campaigns.

- Hands-on proficiency with social publishing and management tools (scheduling, reporting, and workflow).

- Portfolio of content and campaign examples (posts, ads, thought-leadership, and launch collateral).

- Excellent copywriting for B2B audiences and experience adapting messaging across formats and funnels.

Preferred:

- Experience in product-led growth (PLG) motions or developer-focused communities.

- Certifications in LinkedIn Marketing Labs, Meta Blueprint, or Google Analytics.

- Experience working with creative tools and asset production workflows (Figma/Adobe).
