Role : Executive Search Senior Specialist - Executive Search Firm ( 5 to 8 Yrs experience)
Location : Gurgaon / Mumbai
We are looking for an Executive Search Specialist with min. 5 years of experience who can independently drive search execution while supporting senior consultants/partner on their mandates.
Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end execution of executive/retained search mandates
- Build target company lists and conduct detailed market mapping
- Identify and approach relevant leadership talent using multiple channels
- Lead initial outreach, screening, and evaluation of candidates
- Maintain strong engagement with senior candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle ensuring high-quality candidate experience
- Work closely with senior consultants/partners on active mandates
- Prepare candidate assessment reports, market insights, and search updates
- Participate in client calls and contribute to discussions with data-backed insights
- Help manage timelines and ensure consistent progress on assignments
- Build knowledge across sectors and roles to improve search quality
- Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and offer processes
- Manage multiple searches simultaneously
Educational Qualification / Work Experience & Skills :
- PG/MBA/Graduate with 5 years of experience in executive search, leadership hiring, or specialized recruitment
- Strong experience in research, market mapping, and candidate outreach
- Ability to handle search execution independently
- Good understanding of leadership roles and organizational structures
- Experience in writing candidate assessment reports
