Role Overview:

As a Senior Specialist Recruiter, you will be instrumental in driving our talent acquisition efforts for critical non-IT roles, particularly within Finance, BFSI, and Go-to-Market (GTM) functions. Your day-to-day will involve full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and the talent management team to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to attract and retain top talent, enabling us to achieve our business objectives and maintain a competitive edge in the market. Based in Hyderabad, this role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the Indian talent landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for non-IT roles, including Finance, BFSI, and GTM positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient hiring timelines.

- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent from diverse channels, including online job boards, social media, and industry events.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and develop targeted recruitment plans that align with business objectives.

- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit, providing insightful feedback to hiring managers.

- Manage the offer process, including negotiating compensation packages and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR business partners, and external vendors, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.

- Participate in campus recruitment initiatives to build a pipeline of future talent and enhance our employer brand.

- Contribute to talent management initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and performance management processes, to support employee growth and development.

Required Skillset:

- 5-8 years of relevant recruitment experience.

- Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes for non-IT roles, including Finance, BFSI, and GTM positions.

- Proven expertise in developing and executing effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent from diverse channels.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and influence decision-making.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess candidate qualifications and make informed hiring decisions.

- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.

- In-depth knowledge of the Indian talent market, particularly in the Finance, BFSI, and GTM sectors.
