Senior Specialist - Human Resources
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete recruitment cycle from understanding manpower requirements to onboarding.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and in-person interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Manage bulk hiring for restaurant operations as well as support functions.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate offer rollouts, joining formalities, and background verification.
- Partner with business leaders to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
- Maintain recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.) and ensure process compliance.
- Represent the company at job fairs, campus drives, and hiring events.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment (preferably from QSR, retail, or FMCG industry).
- Strong sourcing and networking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to handle volume hiring within deadlines.
