Senior Specialist - Campus Recruitment - Executive Search Firm

Role Overview:

As a Campus Recruitment Specialist, you will spearhead the end-to-end strategy for early-career talent acquisition, acting as the primary bridge between the organization and premier academic institutions. You will work closely with senior leadership, business unit heads, and university placement cells to design and execute high-impact hiring programs that secure top-tier graduates. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement comprehensive campus hiring strategies to attract top-tier graduates, ensuring the organization maintains a competitive edge in the talent market.

- Lead large-scale, bulk hiring drives by coordinating with internal stakeholders and academic placement offices to streamline the selection process and meet aggressive headcount targets.

- Execute innovative employer branding campaigns on campuses to position the firm as an employer of choice, thereby increasing application volume and candidate quality.

- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach and assessment design to final offer negotiations and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

- Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to provide data-driven insights to leadership, optimizing hiring processes and improving conversion rates across all campus channels.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, high-volume campus recruitment programs with a proven ability to handle large-scale hiring cycles across diverse geographies.

- Strong proficiency in employer branding and headhunting techniques, capable of articulating the company's value proposition to attract high-caliber talent in a competitive landscape.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, necessary for conducting large-scale presentations, managing negotiations, and representing the organization at high-profile campus events.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid or multi-location work environment, demonstrating high levels of adaptability and organizational agility to manage teams and processes across different regions.

Experience :

- 10 - 20 years of experience in Campus Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment Management.
