Job Summary
We're looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Sales Specialist to drive regional sales and business growth in Bangalore.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in consultative B2B sales of CAD/CAM/CAE software or Additive Manufacturing/3D Printers.
You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from business development to key account management, across a wide range of industries including Automotive, Aerospace & Defence, Manufacturing, and Oil & Gas.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
- Drive regional sales and business growth by acquiring new customers and expanding into new territories.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and
generate new leads.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including pre-sales, technical support, and operations, to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Required Skills
Core Experience:
- 5-10+ years of professional experience in sales of CAD/CAM/CAE software or Additive Manufacturing/3D Printers.
- A proven track record in B2B consultative sales.
Technical & Soft Skills:
- Excellent client relationship management abilities.
- The ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of accounts
